Welcome to 25th Street Recording LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Data Management

    • 25th Street Recording LLC is not responsible for storing or managing your data. It is your responsibility to ensure the security and backup of any data or information shared with our services.

  2. Payment Policy

    • To secure a date on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required. This payment confirms your reservation and holds the desired date.

    • The remaining balance is due on the session start date. Full payment must be completed before services will commence.

    • All outstanding balances will be automatically charged to the credit card on file after the session date without additional notice.

    • All sessions start at the time determined in advance, and cannot be altered unless agreed upon by both parties.

  3. Changes and Cancellations

    • Any changes to your reservation or cancellations must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to abide by this may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  4. Use of Services

    • You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of our services will result in termination of access.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • 25th Street Recording LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

  6. Change of Terms

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
